1.1 Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the India Independence Day Mobile Recharge Campaign.
“You” refers to anyone using myZoi services; “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to myZoi.
2.1 The campaign will run from 13 August 2025 to 3 September 2025, both dates inclusive.
2.2 This offer is valid only for mobile recharges to India.
3.1 This campaign is open to all myZoi users who have onboarded onto the myZoi app.
3.2 The campaign applies to all mobile operators and all available recharge packages (Balance, Data & Bundle) for India, as displayed on the myZoi app.
3.3 Users must ensure that recharges are made to the correct operator and eligible package as listed in the myZoi app.
3.4 There is no limit on the number of eligible transactions during the campaign period.
4.1 During the campaign period, users will enjoy discounted rates on all India mobile recharge packages on my Zoi app.
4.2 A discount will be applied automatically to the AED price, visible at checkout before completing the recharge.
4.3 Upon successful completion of the recharge, the balance/data/bundle will be credited to the beneficiary number within a few minutes.
4.4 myZoi is not liable for any delays or failures in crediting due to issues beyond its control, including mobile network or third-party service disruptions.
5.1 The promotional benefit is non-transferable, non exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
5.2 myZoi reserves the right to verify user eligibility and disqualify users found to be engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5.3 In case of any disputes, myZoi reserves the right to make the final decision.
6.1 By participating, users consent to myZoi using their data for campaign-related communication and promotional purposes.
6.2 All personal information will be handled per myZoi’s privacy policy.
7.1 myZoi reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Changes will be communicated through official myZoi channels.
8.1 myZoi is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures caused by mobile operators, third-party providers, or force majeure events.
