1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Mobile Recharge Campaign.
1.2 In these Terms and Conditions, “you” refers to any individual using myZoi services, while “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to myZoi.
2.1 Users who successfully complete eligible mobile recharge transactions through the myZoi app during the campaign period will receive promotional benefits as outlined below.

2.2 The bonus benefit will be credited according to the applicable offer and is subject to successful delivery by our third-party mobile recharge partner.
2.3 myZoi shall not be liable for any delays or failures in airtime or data delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including network issues or disruptions from telecom service providers.
2.4 Each beneficiary number is eligible for only one bonus during the campaign period.
3.1 The campaign will run from 16 March 2025 to 31 March 2025.
3.2 The promotion is valid only for eligible mobile recharge transactions completed through the myZoi app.
4.1 This campaign is open to all registered myZoi users.
4.2 Users must complete a successful mobile recharge transaction to an eligible corridor through the myZoi app during the campaign period.
4.3 For Nepal-specific offers, the beneficiary must be located in Nepal and must receive the eligible recharge package to qualify for the bonus.
4.4 The bonus is limited to one per unique beneficiary number during the campaign period. Additional recharges to the same number will not qualify for additional bonuses.
5.1 The promotional benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
5.2 myZoi reserves the right to verify user eligibility and disqualify users suspected of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5.3 In case of any disputes, myZoi reserves the right to make the final decision.
6.1 By participating in this campaign, users consent to myZoi using their data for campaign-related communication, promotional activities, and third-party crediting purposes.
6.2 All personal data will be handled in accordance with myZoi’s Privacy Policy.
7.1 myZoi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any updates or changes will be communicated through official myZoi communication channels.
8.1 myZoi shall not be responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures caused by telecom operators, third-party providers, system outages, or force majeure events.
