1.1 Please read these Terms carefully.
1.2 In these Terms & Conditions, “you” and “your” refer to a person who uses or accesses myZoi services, and “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to myZoi.
The campaign is open to all registered users of the myZoi app who complete qualifying transactions during the campaign period.
Only transactions with a value of AED 500 or above qualify.
Each user can receive the reward only once in the campaign month, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions.
The campaign runs for 4 weeks starting from 19th February to 19th March 2026. myZoi reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Rewards are limited to the first 1,000 unique users per campaign period who complete qualifying transactions.
AED 10 will be credited to eligible users’ myZoi wallet within 7 business days following the end of the campaign.
If more than 1,000 users transact in the same time, rewards will be given based on the earliest transaction timestamp, and any additional users will be excluded.
All transfers must be succesfully completed via the myZoi app to receive the rewards.
Transactions must be valid and not reversed, refunded, or cancelled.
Multiple smaller transactions amounting to a total of 500 would not qualify.
Personal data collected during the campaign will be processed in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy.
Rewards can be used for any purpose, including cash withdrawals or payments with the myZoi card.
By meeting the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions, users are automatically considered participants in the campaign and subject to these Terms & Conditions

Yeh campaign un sab registered myZoi app users ke liye hai jo campaign period ke dauran qualifying transactions complete karte hain.
Sirf AED 500 ya usse zyada ke transactions hi qualify karenge.
Har user campaign ke mahine mein sirf ek baar reward le sakta hai, chahe kitne bhi qualifying transactions kare.
Yeh campaign 4 hafton ke liye chalega, 19th February se 19th March 2026 tak. myZoi ko adhikar hai ki woh bina pehle se bataye campaign ko modify ya cancel kar sakta hai.
Rewards sirf pehle 1,000 unique users ko diye jayenge jo campaign period mein qualifying transactions complete karenge.
AED 10 eligible users ke myZoi wallet mein campaign ke khatam hone ke 7 business days ke andar credit kar diya jayega.
Agar 1,000 se zyada users ek hi samay par transaction karte hain, toh reward earliest transaction timestamp ke hisaab se diya jayega aur baaki users exclude kar diye jayenge.
Sabhi transfers myZoi app ke through successfully complete hone chahiye tabhi reward milega.
Transactions valid hone chahiye aur reverse, refund ya cancel nahi hone chahiye.
Chhote chhote multiple transactions jinka total AED 500 ho, qualify nahi karenge.
Campaign ke dauran collect ki gayi personal data company ki Privacy Policy ke mutabik process ki jayegi.
Rewards kisi bhi purpose ke liye use kiye ja sakte hain, jaise cash withdrawal ya myZoi card se payments.
Eligibility criteria meet karne wale users automatically campaign ke participants maane jayenge aur in Terms & Conditions ke adheen honge.
