1.1 Please read these Terms carefully.

1.2 “You” refers to anyone using myZoi services; “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to myZoi.

• Eligible users will receive 5 cashback on qualifying money transfers made during the campaign period.
• Cashback will be credited to the user’s myZoi wallet within 24–48 working hours after a successful qualifying transfer.
• The cashback is only applicable on eligible international money transfers (Cross Border Fund Transfer) transactions completed through the myZoi app.
• Cashback is limited to one qualifying transaction per user during the campaign period.
• The cashback reward is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the myZoi wallet.
• There will be no reward provided for only adding a beneficiary. A successful qualifying transfer is mandatory to receive cashback.

• This campaign is applicable and shown only to selected eligible myZoi users.
• Eligible users include users who have previously made CBFT transactions but have not transferred money in the last 60+ days.
• Users must complete a successful qualifying transfer during the campaign period to receive cashback.

To qualify for the cashback reward, no minimum transfer amount is required.

• Cashback is applicable across all supported transfer corridors available on myZoi.
• The cashback offer cannot be combined or stacked with any other active promotions or campaigns unless otherwise stated by myZoi.
• If a cash pick-up transfer is selected and the beneficiary does not collect the amount, the cashback may still be credited provided the transfer was successfully processed by myZoi.
• Only one cashback reward will be provided even if money is sent to multiple recipients in one transaction.
• Applicable CBFT transfer fees and charges, as per myZoi’s prevailing fee schedule, will apply to all transactions made under this campaign.

• Campaign valid from 20th May 2026 until 20th July 2026.
• myZoi reserves the right to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

• Exchange rates are dynamic and subject to change based on market conditions.
• Rates displayed at the time of transfer will apply to the transaction.
• Competitive exchange rates during the campaign period are subject to market fluctuations and corridor availability.

• Cashback rewards credited to the myZoi wallet can be used for eligible transactions, payments, withdrawals, or transfers available within the myZoi ecosystem.

• Cashback sirf eligible CBFT (Cross Border Fund Transfer) transactions par valid hai jo myZoi app ke through complete kiye gaye ho.
• Har user ko campaign period ke dauran sirf ek qualifying transaction par cashback milega.
• Cashback reward transferable nahi hai aur myZoi wallet ke bahar cash mein exchange nahi kiya ja sakta.
• Sirf beneficiary add karne par koi reward nahi diya jayega. Cashback paane ke liye successful qualifying transfer zaroori hai.

• Yeh campaign sirf selected eligible myZoi users ke liye applicable hai.
• Eligible users mein woh users shamil hain jinhone pehle CBFT transfer kiya ho lekin pichle 60+ dinon mein transfer nahi kiya ho.
• Cashback paane ke liye users ko campaign period ke dauran successful qualifying transfer complete karna hoga.

• Cashback reward ke liye qualify karne ke liye koi minimum transfer amount required nahi hai.

• Cashback myZoi ke saare supported transfer corridors par applicable hai.
• Yeh cashback offer kisi aur active promotion ya campaign ke saath combine ya stack nahi kiya ja sakta jab tak myZoi alag se mention na kare.
• Agar cash pick-up transfer select kiya gaya ho aur beneficiary amount collect na kare, tab bhi cashback mil sakta hai agar transfer successfully process ho gaya ho.
• Ek transaction mein multiple recipients ko paise bhejne par bhi sirf ek cashback reward milega.
• Campaign ke under ki gayi tamam transactions par, myZoi ke prevailing fees and charges ke mutabiq applicable CBFT transfer fees and charges apply hongi.

• Campaign 20th May 2026 se 20th July 2026 tak valid hai.
• myZoi kisi bhi waqt bina prior notice ke campaign ko extend, modify, suspend, ya terminate karne ka adhikar rakhta hai.

• Exchange rates dynamic hote hain aur market conditions ke hisaab se change ho sakte hain.
• Jo rate transfer ke waqt display hoga wahi transaction par apply hoga.
• Campaign period ke dauran competitive exchange rates market fluctuations aur corridor availability par depend karte hain.

• myZoi wallet mein credit hua cashback eligible transactions, payments, withdrawals, ya transfers ke liye use kiya ja sakta hai jo myZoi ecosystem mein available hain.
