Auto-Payment Terms and Conditions

This is a pilot program (a small test) for the Auto-Payment feature, offered by myZoi Financial Technologies (“myZoi”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Joining this pilot is completely your choice. You do not have to take part in it if you don’t want to. If you decide to turn on the Auto-Payment in the myZoi App, it means you agree to these terms, and these terms become a binding agreement between you and us (myZoi).

myZoi is conducting a pilot program for 6 months starting from 1st August30th September 2025, to test an Auto Payment feature in the myZoi app with a selected group of users. The Auto- Payment feature allows for monthly payment deduction from your salary, as agreed between you and your employer. The goal of this pilot is to test how this feature works and whether it helps you as the user to make payments easily.

Your Participation in this pilot is voluntary. Auto-Payment will only be activated after you have provided your permission.

By turning on the Auto Payment feature, you give myZoi permission to take money from your myZoi account and send it to your employer based on their instruction and the agreement that is in place between you and your employer (only for payments listed in clause 3).

myZoi only processes these payments as given by your employer and is not responsible for checking the content, fairness and accuracy of your agreement with your employer.

During the pilot, Auto-Payment will only process these specific payment types :

  • Bike lease repayments
  • RTA fines
  • Cash returns
  • Mobile recharge payments
    For which you already have an agreement with your employer.

To join this pilot, you must:

  • Have been invited by your employer to join myZoi.
  • Have an active account with the myZoi app
  • Given your consent to participate in this pilot. ( it)
    We may limit how many users can join this pilot.

You can turn on or off the Auto-Payment feature any time in the myZoi app by going to:

Profile → Account Settings → Auto-Payment for your Employers Toggle. Any change to your consent must be made prior to the monthly cut-off date (as shown in the app or as notified to you ) to affect that month’s salary processing.

Any change made after the displayed cut-off date will only affect the following month’s salary.

Auto-Payments will be processed at the same time your monthly salary is credited to your myZoi account. You can view a breakdown of the deducted amount, payment categories in your myZoi App’s transaction history section.

myZoi will collect and process your personal and transactional data strictly for the purposes of executing the Auto-Payment feature in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our internal Privacy Policy. This is a pilot program and will run for a limited time of 6 months. We may change, pause, or stop the pilot at any time. We will inform you in advance if there are major changes. When the pilot ends, all scheduled future Auto-Payments will be cancelled; however, processed payments won’t be reversed. Termination of the pilot may impact your myZoi account status. If this occurs following the closure of your myZoi  account, all undisputed amounts in your account will be refunded to you. In the event that an unclaimed balance remains subsequent to your account’s closure, you will need to contact us to initiate a request for fund withdrawal.

This is a pilot, so the Auto-Payment feature might not always work perfectly. We are still improving it. We are not responsible for losses caused by delays, errors, or system issues during the pilot, but we will do our best to support you and fix problems quickly.

If you have any questions or concerns concerning any Auto-Payment deduction, you must contact your employer, Camp Boss, or HR representative as we are deducting based on your employer’s instructions.

If you notice any errors in Auto-Payments or require a refund, you must first contact your employer directly to discuss the deduction amount and any corrections. For technical issues or to report a problem, you may contact myZoi via the helpline number or WhatsApp support channel listed in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If there is any legal dispute, it will be handled under UAE law.

Please ensure you read and understand these Terms before enabling Auto Payment. By opting in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the above.
