1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the EID Flash Campaign.
1.2 In these Terms and Conditions, “you” refers to any individual using myZoi services, while “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to myZoi.
2.1 Customers will receive a 50% discount on transfer fees for eligible transactions made during the campaign period.
2.2 The offer is applicable only on money transfer transactions initiated through the myZoi app.
2.3 The discount will be automatically applied at the time of transaction; no promo code is required.
2.4 The offer is limited to select corridors i.e. India, Egypt, Nepal & Bangladesh, as determined by myZoi.
3.1 The campaign will run only on 19th March 2026.
3.2 The promotion is valid only for eligible money transfer transactions completed through the myZoi app.
4.1 This campaign is open to all registered myZoi users.
4.2 Users must complete a successful money transfer transaction to an eligible corridor through the myZoi app during the campaign period.
5.1 The promotional benefit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
5.2 myZoi reserves the right to verify user eligibility and disqualify users suspected of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5.3 In case of any disputes, myZoi reserves the right to make the final decision.
6.1 By participating in this campaign, users consent to myZoi using their data for campaign-related communication, promotional activities, and third-party crediting purposes.
6.2 All personal data will be handled in accordance with myZoi’s Privacy Policy.
7.1 myZoi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Any updates or changes will be communicated through official myZoi communication channels.
8.1 By accepting these Terms, you hereby by request and expressly authorise us and our employees or agents to communicate with you, and accept instructions from you or with your approval, (i) on the phone number you provide to us; (ii) in writing by email or at the address you have provided to us including through documents uploaded by you through your Account, Mobile App or otherwise; and/or (iii) any other mode and form as may be determined appropriate by us from time to time.
8.2 By engaging in communication with our representatives via telephone, you provide your consent for the recording of all such telephone calls, for any purpose deemed necessary. This consent is granted in accordance with applicable laws. The records of these communications, maintained by us, shall be considered conclusive and binding evidence of both the nature and content of said communications.
8.3 You confirm that any instructions or approvals you give are valid and binding, without needing additional verification. However, we might choose to confirm instructions or approvals from you if needed.
8.4 You must immediately notify us of any changes or updates to your mobile number or your contact information. You can do this through the Mobile App.
