1.2 “You” refers to anyone using myZoi services; “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to myZoi.
The campaign is open to all new users who successfully onboard after passing internal checks, onto the myZoi app during the campaign period (February 17th, 2025, to April 17th, 2025).
Participants must provide valid and accurate details during registration.
All onboarded users during the campaign period (February 17th, 2025, to April 17th, 2025) will be automatically entered into a raffle draw to win the below mentioned prizes:

Winners will be selected randomly, and the selection process will be carried out in a transparent and verifiable manner. To ensure fairness and address any potential concerns, a representative from the Department of Economic Development (DED) will be present during the selection process. The draw will take place on 21th April and winners will be notified by April 22th , 2025
All onboarded users during the campaign period will be automatically entered into a raffle draw.
After the winners are selected and notified, the prize money will be deposited directly into their myZoi account.
– Prizes are non-transferable
– In case of any disputes, myZoi reserves the right to make the final decision.
– Employees of myZoi and affiliated organizations are not eligible for the raffle draw.
– Please note that the daily withdrawal limit from any ATM using your myZoi card is AED 5,000.
By participating, users consent to myZoi using their data for campaign-related communication and promotional purposes.
All personal information will be handled per myZoi’s privacy policy.
myZoi reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
